Medicare will not pay for certain treatments due to medical malpractice
Posted date in Liens, MedicaidAs of October 1, 2008, per the Deficit Reduction Act (DRA), Medicare will no longer pay for certain med-mal treatments, signed into law by President Bush on 02/08/2006.
